Produced organically without added sulfur by the de Conti family in Southwest France, "Cantalouette" offers a fresh, un-oaked interpretation of Bergerac. A blend dominated by Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc grown on clay-limestone soils, it is fermented and aged in stainless steel. It displays juicy redcurrant, black pepper, plum, and soft tannins, making it a highly drinkable bistro-style red.
